This hack does some minor improvements to the game, here what it does:

Changes Rolent to Rolento.
Gives Rolento his Final Fight 1 colors.
You start with nine lives instead of five.
Changes & fixes the names of some of the items.
Fixes the format of the time shown at the start of each round in the Japanese version.

Further improvements will be added in the future.
