DuckTales 2 Sprite Fix (NES) Romhack

This patch fixes a few graphical errors and oddities. Namely, dialogue portraits for Scrooge McDuck, Launchpad McQuack, Gyro Gearloose and Flintheart Glomgold are all shifted one pixel down, the Niagara Falls map sprites are shifted one pixel right, and when you fly back home with the plane, the tail fin of the plane shakes.
