It plays OK and it seems bug-free, but I haven't play-tested it much to be honest. This hack seems to be the ultimate way to play Sonic 1 though, because it stays as close to the vanilla game as possible and it combines all the improvements and bug-fixes which were done over the years by older, smaller and simpler hacks into a big one.
