Which NES Emulator Can Play Ms. Pacman Tengen correctly?

After seeing this video last night I wanted to give it a spin and do it for myself, everything went smooth until I fired up many emulators and this happens...

I'm bugging out that all my NES emulators don't play this game properly. Do you fellas know which/recommend NES emulator that can play this? The screenshots were made with FCEUX 2.3.0. But Mesen, FCEUX 2.6.6 etc, any tips fellas I'd really appreciate it. The ROM is Ms. Pac-Man (Tengen) [!].nes is a good verified dump according to NesNinja, thanks fellas.
 
Apparently, a lot of emulators have had issues with the game due to a header problem. Nestopia seems to work fine.
