I've run into another possible softlock in the sweatshop dungeon. When collecting enough rupees for the Goron, some of the rupees (as far as I can tell from a few different playthroughs I watched) come from a Floormaster in the room you get bombs. I got grabbed by it and now it doesn't spawn when I go into the room. I'm stuck at 95 rupees and I've gotten every chest and killed every enemy possible in the area open to me.
Maybe I'm missing something, but every video I watch got 20 rupees from the Floormaster for a total of 115.
