Shows effective CPU speed for Sega Genesis and for Sega CD, if attached. Usable for checking overclocking in emulators and hardware. Cpu speed affected by dram refresh cycles and other stuff [like 2 cpu access one area at once] and differs by areas where’s code executed. This areas can be changed by buttons. On real hardware it’s possible to execute code from the sega-cd registers area without ram refreshing effect to see real clock speed.
