This is Pyron’s very first colour hack for Street Fighter II’ Special Champion Edition on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis. Because it came out relatively early in the ROM hacking scene in 2014 it is only light on changing the colours to this game, mostly just touching up on the shading.
