Here is the forum-thread I found this editor. (V1.3) Supported Games: Mega Man X (U) (V1.1) (older version works but newest is recommanded) Mega Man X 2 (U) [!] Mega Man X 3 (U) [!] Here a github-page with a earlier version. (V1.0) I know very little about it but did think it is worth sharing here. Please let me know if you find a nice guide on the tool! Here the docs shared on the github along some notes on events and how to use the editor. (here is some documentation on a similar editor..)
