HeaderTool is a programme I wrote so that people who are not fond of committing piracy can ‘header’ their dumped ROMs so that they may use them on their flashcarts or apply a ROMHack to them. The usage is simple, ensure that the DLLs are in the current working directory, and execute the binary alongside the filepaths to your ROM. For usage and source visit the Github .
