A few Data East games from 1st half of 90s use a quite tricky technology of 4bpp tiles encoding inside a roms for Namco C355 custom sprite chip – high nibble of each byte is for pixels forming first half of all sprite tile of the game, and low – for second. This tool is destinated for standart 4bpp 16×16 tiles restoration from C355 data. Workability is checked by the coversion of linear.bin through the NeoConv using -linear4 argument.
