Romhacks Fix Misplaced Pixel in Logo (SNES) Romhack

All that this patch does is removing the stray pixel found in between the “O” in “MARIO” and the “W” in “WORLD”. See screenshots below for comparison. The patch is only for the US version as this issue does not exist in other regions.
