Clock Tower SFC is the prequel to the game we know in the states as Clock Tower. And while technically “The First Fear” is not the proper subtitle for the game (it doesn’t actually have a subtitle), the game was rereleased for the PlayStation under the title Clock Tower – The First Fear, and I’ll be using that name to differentiate between it and the US version (instead of calling this Clock Tower Zero or some bullshit like that.)
