This is a near-complete English translation of Captain Tsubasa 4: Aside from the title and some minor/non-recurring players (who are instead numbered based off their positions just like in the Famicom games) everything else has been translated into English(Moves, Team Names, Advice, Cutscenes for all 4 Routes) Some of the 2 player mode UI text are misaligned A few of the Info/Tactics have been altered to give hints that some players can learn new moves during certain matches

Currently it's on hiatus. I might update it eventually with some minor improvements though I don't think I'll be able to have this game be completed. So in the near future I'll probably mark it under "unfinished".
