Cant download on the website

I cant figure out why, but I cant figure out how to download any romhacks on the website. It just has a error message when I try after loading a couple minutes. I used to be able too. I tried it while signed in too, so it's not that. I tried turning off the firewall too and that didnt do anything either.

Yeah, I can't download anything from here anymore. I don't know why, I used to be able to do it. Thanks for the upload.

Hi, you can try to purge cache of your web browser. Or change your DNS by Google one.

It's got to be something on your end because i'm using an out of date OS Windows 7 and using Chrome on an old 2008 laptop and even I can download everything and all the pages and sites still display properly.

Have you got another device you can use with a good internet connection?
 
I'm sure its something from my end too. I tried everything I could think of and I can't figure anything out now.
 
I dont have another device. I only needed that patch anyway. I was trying to get the Sega Saturn Castlevania SOTN patch, but I found a ISO somewhere else. Thanks tho.
