2 more:

Pokémon -- https://www.pokecommunity.com/
Shining Force -- https://www.shiningforcecentral.com/

Ohh cool. I did not find any ROM-hacking related contend on the mentioned pages. They seem to be game community. Then I did never really poke around the Pokemon community. When I needed some info about sappy for GBA I did find my answer on a forum related to this games. But kinda did think they release mostly through RHDN.. but proof me wrong. Very unsure about it.

Here is a page with a list of romhacking tools related to pokemon.
https://www.hackromtools.info/

I can add community forums.. may be there are better once then others that deserve more attention.. I have no clue.

They're the main hacking forums for the series, to my knowledge. They have dedicated sections for this and that. Pokémon has seen a few different communities come and go over the years, but pokecommunity has usually been used to showcase well-known hacks going back to Brown and ShinyGold.

It's kind of hit or miss if some of the hacks get uploaded elsewhere. Occasionally they run into legal issues.

"Sonic and Sega Retro Forums"
https://forums.sonicretro.org/index.php

Focused on Sonic, but has some other Sega-related hacking discussions.
Homebrew sites might have more technical info.

"Sonic and Sega Retro Forums"
...

I find it very hard to find relevant info on that forum.. Like I used a link in this video since I could not find relevant info.. Tutorial

I assume sonED2 and the disassembly mentioned in that tutorial is the most relevant info. I am happy to be corrected..
like there is sonLVL
So sorry when outdated info is posted!

There is also a research forum

Interesting. I used to know a guy who liked modding Sonic games, I think he used Esrael's editor during class once. :D

It'd be nice to have more tools for other MD/Genesis titles around. I noticed that well-known SNES games have more support on average.
